Tonka Dutch Baby

What you'll need
- 3 eggs
- ½ cup flour
- ½ cup milk
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp Organic Forbidden Tonka sugar
- ¼ cup butter
- Whipped Cream or Creme Fraiche for topping
Preparation
- In a food processor or blender combine: 3 eggs, ½ cup of flour, ½ cup milk, and 1 Tbsp Organic Forbidden Tonka Sugar. Blend until there are no chunks. Set aside.
- On the stovetop in a pan over medium high heat, melt ¼ cup butter. Once it’s nice and foamy, pour in batter.
- Place in a preheated 400°F oven and cook for 20 minutes. Then lower the temperature to 350°F and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
