Savoury Shrimp & Pineapple Salsa

Bring this light, fresh shrimp and pineapple salsa to your next pool party — everyone will love how the juicy pineapple and lemon mingle with the salty shrimp and savoury herbs. Don’t forget to sprinkle on plenty of our Summer Sea Salt for good measure.

What you'll need
- ½ pound of cooked shrimp
- 2 cups fresh or canned pineapple cut into 1/2 inch pieces
- 1 Avocado cut into ¼” cubes
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced finely
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 finely diced jalapeno (remove the seeds unless you like it very spicy!)
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 tsp Summer Sea Salt
Preparation
- Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl.
- Refrigerate for at least one hour to let the flavours develop.
- Serve with tortilla chips, or over fresh lettuce for a summery salad.
