

Tropical Jerk Chicken Wings

What you'll need
- 2-3 lbs chicken wings
- 2 cups citrus juice (pineapple, lime or mango)
- 3 cloves crushed garlic
- 2 Tbsp Organic Sweet Jamaican Jerk
Preparation
- In a large sealable container mix citrus juice, crushed garlic, Organic Sweet Jamaican Jerk and chicken wings. Marinate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Remove chicken wings from bag – keep extra marinade for later.
- Cook chicken wings at 425°F for 40-45 minutes (flipped half way through).
- While chicken wings are cooking boil leftover marinade and reduce to half.
- Flip the chicken wings and sauce them with the reduced marinade.
- Crank oven to 450°F for 5-10 minutes per side.
- Remove from oven and let rest for 5-10 minutes.
