What you'll need

  • 2-3 lbs chicken wings
  • 2 cups citrus juice (pineapple, lime or mango)
  • 3 cloves crushed garlic
  • 2 Tbsp Organic Sweet Jamaican Jerk

Preparation

  1. In a large sealable container mix citrus juice, crushed garlic, Organic Sweet Jamaican Jerk and chicken wings. Marinate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
  2. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  3. Remove chicken wings from bag – keep extra marinade for later.
  4. Cook chicken wings at 425°F for 40-45 minutes (flipped half way through).
  5. While chicken wings are cooking boil leftover marinade and reduce to half.
  6. Flip the chicken wings and sauce them with the reduced marinade.
  7. Crank oven to 450°F for 5-10 minutes per side.
  8. Remove from oven and let rest for 5-10 minutes.
