The Godfather's Meatballs

Think there's a better meatball recipe out there? Fuggedaboudit! Inspired by a classic Sicilian recipe, these meatballs are moist and tender, and sure to be the star of any spaghetti and meatball dish. The secret is our Sun Roasted Tomato & Fennel spice blend, which adds just a hint of herby deliciousness to brighten up the dish.

What you'll need
- 1/2 lb ground pork
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1/2 lb ground veal
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 medium onion, minced
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmigiano Reggiano
- 1/2 cup grated Pecorino Romano
- 1 cup italian seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 sprigs of fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp Sun Roasted Tomato & Fennel
- 1 tsp Holy Grail Garlic Salt
- 1 tsp Fiery Sea Salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl, mix thoroughly using your hands until all is blended.
3. Make your favourite sized balls and place on parchment covered cookie sheet, roast for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through, add to your favorite marinara suace and simmer away
4. Optional: Flash freeze for 10 minutes then place in freezer bag for future meatball goodness
