Sunday Roast Whole Chicken

Whip up a Sunday-worthy roast any night of the week without breaking a sweat. This recipe can be paired with your favourite mashed potato recipe, salad or roasted veggies.

What you'll need
- 3-4 lbs whole Chicken
- Organic Sunday Roast
- 1/3 cup of butter
- 1 White Onion, quartered
- 1 head of garlic, head cut off so each bulb is exposed
- Fresh herbs to taste (rosemary, sage, thyme)
Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
2. Rinse chicken inside and out and pat dry with paper towel.
3. Liberally add Organic Sunday Roast to coat the outside of the chicken.
4. Stuff garlic, onion, thyme, rosemary, and sage into the cavity of the chicken.
5. Melt butter and brush the outside of the chicken.
6. Tie the legs together with kitchen twine and tie wings under the chicken.
7. Roast chicken for 90 minutes or until juices run clear.
8. Let chicken rest under aluminum foil for 15-20 minutes.
9. Serve immediately.
