Sunday Roast Beef


Serve this classic roast with buttery mashed potatoes, and your favourite roasted veggies (we like carrots and onions). Don't be surprised if your guests show up next Sunday, too.



What you'll need


1. Remove roast from refrigerator and let it stand room temperature for about 30 minutes.
2. Preheat oven to 375°F.
3. Pat roast dry with paper towel, massage with butter and liberally coat with Organic Sunday Roast.
4. If roast is untied, tie at 3 inch intervals with cotton twine.
5. Place roast into a roasting pan and place in the oven
6. Cook for 30 minutes allowing the outside to brown. Reduce the heat to 225°F and cook until internal temperature reaches 135°F to 140°F (it will take an additional 1-2 hours depending on the size of the roast).
7. Remove from oven. Cover loosely with foil and allow roast to rest for 15-20 minutes before serving.
