A creamy pasta dish enriched with our Summer Black Truffle Salt tastes like it's straight from the menu of a gourmet restaurant, but the truth is, you can make this majestic dish at home with only a few ingredients.

What you'll need
- 1/2 lb Spaghetti (or preferred pasta)
- 4 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 tsp Summer Black truffle Salt
Preparation
1. Bring large pot of salted water to a boil.
2. Add spaghetti to boiling water and cook until al dente.
3. Reserve a half cup of pasta water and strain pasta.
4. Add olive oil to pot with truffle salt on low heat.
5. Toss pasta, add pasta water as needed to emulsify.
6. Serve immediately.
Tasty tip: Lemon juice, parsley, parmesan and more truffle salt make for great garnishes to enjoy with this pasta.
