What you'll need

  • 2 Tbsp Organic Spicy Chili Crunch
  • 2 Tsp Toasted sesame oil
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • Tbsp rice vinegar or Chinese black vinegar
  • 1 Tsp maple syrup or honey
  • 2 cloves of minced garlic
  • 1 Tsp minced ginger
  • 1(14-ounce) package of extra-firm tofu, drained and sliced into slabs or cubes
  • Garnish: fresh cilantro, scallions, and extra Organic Spicy Chili Crunch

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients up to the ginger.
  3. Place the cut tofu on a baking sheet, ensuring they are not touching. Pour over the sauce, and set aside to marinade (note, you can marinate up to 8 hours in the fridge). 
  4. Roast for 20 to 25 minutes, flipping halfway through. Serve over rice or noodles with freshly steamed greens and your favourite garnishes.
