Spicy Crispy Tofu Cubes

What you'll need
- 2 Tbsp Organic Spicy Chili Crunch
- 2 Tsp Toasted sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1½ Tbsp rice vinegar or Chinese black vinegar
- 1 Tsp maple syrup or honey
- 2 cloves of minced garlic
- 1 Tsp minced ginger
- 1(14-ounce) package of extra-firm tofu, drained and sliced into slabs or cubes
- Garnish: fresh cilantro, scallions, and extra Organic Spicy Chili Crunch
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- In a small bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients up to the ginger.
- Place the cut tofu on a baking sheet, ensuring they are not touching. Pour over the sauce, and set aside to marinade (note, you can marinate up to 8 hours in the fridge).
- Roast for 20 to 25 minutes, flipping halfway through. Serve over rice or noodles with freshly steamed greens and your favourite garnishes.
