They’re crispy. They’re garlicky. They’ve even got a satisfying kick of heat. We’re pretty sure it doesn’t get better than this for breakfast.

What you'll need

Preparation

  1. Whisk together the Organic Spicy Chili Crunch and oil.
  2. Heat a large pan over medium heat (ideally non-stick or ceramic).
  3. Add the sauce mixture to your pan, spreading evenly. Once the mixture starts to bubble, add your eggs.
  4. As the eggs are cooking, tilt the pan and ladle some hot oil onto the top of the eggs to cook the whites.
  5. Cook the egg to your liking (we love sunny side up with a runny yolk and crispy bottom!).
  6. Serve immediately.
