Smoky Watermelon Salad

This simple summer salad screams summer. With crisp cucumber, sweet watermelon, bright mint and our cold smoked sea salt, the contrasting flavours and textures will leave your guests begging you for the recipe.

What you'll need
- 3 cups watermelon, cubed
- 2 cups cucumber, cubed
- 2 Tbsp mint, thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon Cold Smoked Sea Salt
Preparation
1. In a large bowl, add the watermelon, cucumber and mint.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lime juice and Cold Smoked Sea Salt.
3. Drizzle the dressing over the melon mixture and toss to coat.
4. Sprinkle with feta and serve.
