A hearty brunch just wouldn't be complete without the potatoes. And that's where these bad boys come in. Seasoned with Smoked Chorizo Rub, they dial up the flavour, bringing the heat to the brunch table.

What you'll need

  • 2 Lbs of potatoes, peeled & cubed
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 Tbps Smoked Chorizo Rub
  • 2 Tbps Olive Oil
  • Fresh chives

Preparation

1. Fill large pot (large enough to fit your potatoes) with salted water and bring to a boil
2. Add in potatoes and boil. Once tender, drain.
3. Add olive oil to pan on medium high.
4. Once oil is hot, add potatoes until browned (about 10 minutes).
5. Add garlic and cook for another two minutes
6. Add Smoked Chorizo Rub and chives and cook for another minute or two.
7. Serve immediately.
