Savoury Peanut Umami Sauce

Some favour pantry staples, like rice wine vinegar, peanut butter and soy sauce, get a little extra oomph from our Porcini Umami Rub. Use as a salad dressing, drizzle over bok choy, or just as a rice topper and consider your appetite satisfied.

What you'll need
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar, plus extra
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter, plus extra
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce, plus extra
- 1 tsp Porcini Umami, plus extra
- Pinch Fiery Sea Salt, plus extra
- Splash of Olive oil, plus extra
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until peanut butter is fully emulsified with the liquid ingredients and no lumps appear.
