What you'll need

Preparation

1. Thinly coat the meat with olive oil then sprinkle generously with Santa Fe Chipotle Honey. Massage to penetrate the flavors. Refrigerate in the fridge for 1-3 hours, then let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes before cooking.
2. Preheat the BBQ to high and oil grill.
3. Place the steak on the hot grills and cook for about 3 minutes.
4. Flip the steak over and repeat (cooking 3 minutes, turning 45 degrees and cooking an additional 3 minutes).
5. Lower the heat to low, and continue indirect cooking until the internal temperature reaches 130°F for rare or 145°F for medium-rare cooking.
6. Place the steak on a plate and cover with foil. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
