Roasted Carrots with Golden Lemon Turmeric Tahini Sauce

What you'll need
• 1/2 cup tahini
• 2/3 - 3/4 cups water
• 2 Tbsp Golden Lemon Turmeric
• 3 Tbsp olive oil
• ½ lbs. carrots
Optional: garnish with a generous sprinkle of our Sesame Hazelnut Dukka

Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 425˚F, and line a baking sheet with foil.
2. While the oven is heating, prepare the sauce by whisking together the first 3 ingredients plus 1 Tbsp of olive oil until you reach your desired consistency.
3. Toss your carrots with oil, and arrange on your baking sheet and roast until golden brown.
4. Transfer to a platter and drizzle with Golden Lemon Turmeric sauce.
