What you'll need

  • 1 Cup jasmine or basmati rice
  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 4 Tbsp Spiced Pumpkin Blend
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt
  • 1 cup coconut milk

Preparation

1. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
2. Add the Spiced Pumpkin Blend and sauté for 1 minute, stirring gently.
3. Add the rice and stir until well coated.
4. Stir in the water, salt, and coconut milk.
5. Bring to a boil, the reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 30 minutes.
