What you'll need

  • 12 chicken thighs and/or legs
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (or substitute with gluten-free flour)
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 Tbsp Organic Louisiana Fried Chicken
  • ½ cup vegetable oil

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Mix the flour and Organic Louisiana Fried Chicken, and place in a shallow plate. Put your breadcrumbs in another shallow plate, and beat the eggs in another bowl.
3. Pour the oil into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
4. Dredge the chicken piece by piece in the flour, then the egg, then the breadcrumbs, and gently place in your baking dish.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, then turn pieces over and bake for another 30 minutes. Remove from the oven, and place on a wire rack to drain excess oil.
