What you'll need

Use 1 bag for a chicken, 2-3 bags for a turkey.

Preparation

Dissolve each bag in 2L of cool water, then submerge your protein for roughly one hour per pound (2 hours per kg). Drain, pat dry, and follow your favourite recipe to season and bake your meat.
