This zesty, herbalicious salad is the perfect side to pair up with any meat or veg-based main — but you can also eat it and enjoy it all its own, too. It's like flavour-packed party with every bite.

What you'll need
- 2 cups cooked orzo pasta
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp freshly sqeezed lemon juice
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp A Spinkle of Sunshine
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 red/orange/yellow bell pepper
- 1/2 red onion, minced
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta
- 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
- 6 spears of asparagus, steamed & chopped into 1" pieces
- Handful of fresh herbs, your choice!
Preparation
1. In a lidded jar, add oil, lemon juice, mayonnaise, A Sprinkle of Sunshine, salt & pepper.
