Infused & Roasted Garlic Bulbs

The beauty of a roasted garlic bulb cannot be overstated. Give full-on flavour to your favourite foods by spreading on warm French bread, mixing with sour cream, or using as a topper for baked potatoes. Oh, and if you really want to indulge, blend with parmesan cheese and serve with pasta.

What you'll need
- 4-6 garlic bulbs
- Olive Oil
- 1-2 Tbsp of Sun Roasted Tomato & Fennel
Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Cut ¼ to ½ from the top of the bulbs (ensure each clove is exposed).
3. Place garlic bulbs into a small cast iron pan or baking dish (cut side up).
4. Brush each garlic bulb with oil and sprinkle generously with Sun-Roasted Tomato & Fennel.
5. Cover pan or dish with aluminum foil and and bake until bulbs are soft to the touch, about 35-40 minutes. Allow to cool.
6. Serve or remove garlic cloves and use in your favorite recipe.
