What you'll need

  • ¼  cup mayonnaise 
  • ¼ cup greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 oil-packed anchovies
  • 1 cloves garlic, smashed
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire
  • 1 tsp capers
  • 2 medium green onions, roughly chopped
  • ½ cup packed flat-leaf parsley
  • ¼ cup packed cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons diced chives
  • 2 tsp Organic Green Goddess

Veggie Platter : Your veggies of choice
  • Snap Peas - halves to expose peas
  • Celery - sliced
  • Lebanese cucumber - quartered 
  • Green beans - Blanched 
  • Broccolini - Blanched 
  • Baby Gen Romaine Lettuce - quartered 

Preparation

  1. In the base of a blender or food processor, add the mayonnaise, greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, anchovies, garlic, Worcestershire, capers, green onion, parsley, cilantro, chives and Organic Green Goddess Blend. 
  2. Blend until smooth, about 1 to 2 minutes.
  3. Use or store in an airtight container for up to 5 days in the refrigerator.
