What you'll need
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup greek yogurt
- ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 oil-packed anchovies
- 1 cloves garlic, smashed
- 1 tsp Worcestershire
- 1 tsp capers
- 2 medium green onions, roughly chopped
- ½ cup packed flat-leaf parsley
- ¼ cup packed cilantro
- 2 tablespoons diced chives
- 2 tsp Organic Green Goddess
Veggie Platter : Your veggies of choice
- Snap Peas - halves to expose peas
- Celery - sliced
- Lebanese cucumber - quartered
- Green beans - Blanched
- Broccolini - Blanched
- Baby Gen Romaine Lettuce - quartered
Preparation
- In the base of a blender or food processor, add the mayonnaise, greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, anchovies, garlic, Worcestershire, capers, green onion, parsley, cilantro, chives and Organic Green Goddess Blend.
- Blend until smooth, about 1 to 2 minutes.
- Use or store in an airtight container for up to 5 days in the refrigerator.
