Golden Lemon Roasted Potatoes

These Greek inspired lemony, crispy potatoes make a wonderful side for pretty much anything. Pro-tip: sprinkle some feta on them when they come out of the oven.

What you'll need
- 6-8 russet potatoes, peeled and wedges
- Juice of one lemon
- 1/4 to 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 Tbsp Golden Lemon Turmeric
Optional:
- Feta cheese
Preparation
- Place your baking pan (must be sufficient size to hold all of the potatoes in a single layer) in the oven. Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Place potato wedges and lemon juice in a bowl and mix until the lemon juice is absorbed.
- Add Golden Lemon Turmeric and olive oil and mix until everything is evenly coated.
- Carefully remove the heated pan from oven and create a single layer of the potatoes.
- Return tray to oven and roast until golden brown or 35 minutes, flipping the potatoes every 10-15 minutes.
