What you'll need

  • 2 slices of bread (sourdough, whole grain, multigrain, or gluten-free)
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon or lime juice
  • Organic Green Goddess 
  • A drizzle of olive oil
Optional Toppings
  • Poached, fried, or soft-boiled egg
  • Crumbled feta or goat cheese
  • Fresh herbs 
  • Microgreens

Preparation

  1. Select your bread and toast it to your preferred level of crispness.
  2. Cut the avocado in half & remove the pit.
  3. With a knife create slices in each half & scoop out with a spoon.
  4. Fan out slices onto  toast & drizzle with lemon juice, olive oil & a generous sprinkle of Organic Green Goddess.
