What you'll need
- 2 slices of bread (sourdough, whole grain, multigrain, or gluten-free)
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon or lime juice
- Organic Green Goddess
- A drizzle of olive oil
- Poached, fried, or soft-boiled egg
- Crumbled feta or goat cheese
- Fresh herbs
- Microgreens
Preparation
- Select your bread and toast it to your preferred level of crispness.
- Cut the avocado in half & remove the pit.
- With a knife create slices in each half & scoop out with a spoon.
- Fan out slices onto toast & drizzle with lemon juice, olive oil & a generous sprinkle of Organic Green Goddess.
