Gingerbread Eggnog

What you'll need

  • 1 oz rum 
  • 1/2 oz vodka 
  • 1/2 oz Kahlua 
  • 2 oz eggnog 
  • 2 tsp simple syrup 
  • ¼ tsp ginger
  • Cinnamon stick for garnish
  • Gingerbread Rimmer

Preparation

  1. Coat the rim of a glass in simple syrup, then roll in Gingerbread.
  2. Add rum, vodka, Kahlua, eggnog, 1 tsp of simple syrup, ginger and ice to a shaker and shake.
  3. Strain into rimmed glass and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
