Garlic Mashed Potatoes

This recipe is absolutely amazing as a side to your favourite protein, or eaten with a spoon straight out of the bowl!

What you'll need

  • Two pounds of baking potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • Half a cup of sour cream
  • Two tablespoons of butter
  • Holy Grail Garlic Salt (To taste)

Preparation

1. Fill large pot (large enough to fit your potatoes) with salted water and bring to a boil
2. Boil potatoes until tender and drain.
3. Mash the potatoes with a potato masher or ricer.
4. Add in sour cream, butter and Holy Grail Garlic salt. Mix until smooth.
