What you'll need
- 1/2 ounce Cointreau
- 1/2 ounce Amaretto
- 1/2 ounce dark rum or brandy
- maraschino cherries
- 1 orange slice
- 1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 dashes ginger bitters
- 1 oz simple syrup
- 2 ounces apple cider
- Gingerbread Glass Rimmer
Garnish:
- orange slice & peel rolled
- Maraschino cherries
- candied ginger
Preparation
1. Rim glass on one side with gingerbread rimmer.
2. In the bottom of a shaker, muddle together maraschino cherries & orange slice.
3. Fill shaker 2/3 with ice and pour in, spirits, lemon juice, apple cider, ginger bitters & simple syrup. Shake well.
4. Strain into a glass over fresh ice.
5. Garnish with orange peel, candied ginger & maraschino cherries.
