The Canadian classic gets a fiery upgrade by adding our ghost-pepper infused fiery sea salt. If you really want to impress your guests, upgrade with our Montreal Bagel Spice Rim Mix. Serves 4 500ml mason jars!

What you'll need
- 1 lime, cut into 5 wedges
- 1 cup (8oz) of vodka or gin
- 7 cups Clamato juice, chilled
- Worcestershire sauce, to taste
- Tabasco sauce, to taste
- Fiery Sea Salt, to taste
- Ice cubes, as required
- 4 celery stalks
- Montreal Bagel Spice Rim Mix (optional)
Preparation
1. Wet the rim of four 500mL mason jars using a lime wedge and rim with Montreal Bagel Spice Rim Mix. Add ice to each glass and set aside.
2. Add worcestershire, tabasco, Clamato juice, gin and Fiery Sea Salt to a large pitcher and stir gently. Adjust ingredients to your taste.
3. Pour into mason jars and serve immediately.
