These dry-rubbed ribs are all the proof you need that good things really do come to those who wait. Yes, they spend a little over two hours in the oven, but trust us when we say your patience will be rewarded in full. They are coated in a generous (and we mean generous) amount of BBQ sauce prepared with our For the Love of BBQ spice blend—which means they’ll be chock-full of flavour.

What you'll need

  • 2 Racks of ribs
  • 4 tbsp mustard
  • 4 tbsp For the Love of BBQ
  • 4 tbsp of Old Fashioned BBQ sauce or Spicy Apricot BBQ Sauce.

Preparation

  1. Preheat your oven to 275
  2. Coat ribs generously with your favourite mustard before rubbing them down in For the Love of BBQ. 
  3. Bake for 2 ½ hours. 
  4. Coat generously with your choice of BBQ sauce
  5. Finish ribs off on the grill or on broil for 5-10 minutes, until charred to your liking.
