      Mamie’s Cinnamon Beignets

What you'll need
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
 - ¼ cup granulated sugar
 - 1 tsp baking powder
 - ¼ teaspoon salt
 - ½ cup milk
 - 1 large egg
 - 2 tbsp butter, melted
 - ¼ teaspoon Organic Cinnamon Toast (for dry mix)
 - 3 tbsp Organic Cinnamon Toast (for coating)
 
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin pan.
 - In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and Organic Cinnamon Toast.
 - In another bowl, mix the milk, egg, and melted butter until well combined.
 - Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring just until combined. Do not overmix.
 - Spoon batter into the prepared muffin pan, filling each cavity about ⅔ full.
 - Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the tops are golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
 - Once donut holes are done baking, let them cool slightly before rolling them in Organic Cinnamon Toast until well coated.
