What you'll need

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and Organic Cinnamon Toast.
  3. In another bowl, mix the milk, egg, and melted butter until well combined.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring just until combined. Do not overmix.
  5. Spoon batter into the prepared muffin pan, filling each cavity about ⅔ full.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the tops are golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Once donut holes are done baking, let them cool slightly before rolling them in Organic Cinnamon Toast until well coated.
