Here are some tips how you can put together a poke bowl at home. Reminder: these are just suggestions — there is no right or wrong way to do it Add, subtract, or substitute any ingredients to create a bowl that’s all your own.

What you'll need
Base
Option of rice, noodles, leafy greens or a combination
Protein
Option of sushi-grade raw fish, shrimp, tofu or a combination, chopped into 1/2” cubes
Dressing
Option of rice, noodles, leafy greens or a combination

Option of sushi-grade raw fish, shrimp, tofu or a combination, chopped into 1/2” cubes
Dressing
- Santa Fe Chipotle Honey
- Mayo
- Sesame oil
- Fresh ingredients like cucumber, shelled edamame, green onion, or avocado
- Sweet ingredients such as pineapple or mango can give your bowl a tropical taste
- Ingredients with a kick, like chilis, pickled ginger or crispy fried shallots
- Hawaiian ‘Ono Poké
Preparation
- Choose your base and layer in your bowls
- Layer your protein atop
- Dress it: Drizzle your bowl with a sauce like Ponzu or DIY your dressing by mixing Santa Fe Chipotle Honey, mayo and toasted sesame oil.
- Play with flavours & textures: Add in your fresh ingredients.
- Last (but not least)… top with Hawaiian ‘Ono Poké.
