Crispy Chicken Stix

Even the pickiest of eaters won't be able to get enough of these crispy chicken sticks made using our Organic Louisiana Fried Chicken. Crispy and perfectly seasoned on the outside and pull-apartedly tender on the inside. You're welcome, parents.

What you'll need
- 3 chicken breasts, cut into 1/2 - 3/4 inch strips
- 1/2 cup panko
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1.5 cups canola oil
- 1 tsp Holy Grail Garlic Salt
- 1 tbsp Organic Louisiana Fried Chicken
Preparation
1. Heat oil in medium frying pan on medium-high
2. Beat eggs, add Holy Grail Garlic Salt. Toss chicken strips in mixture.
3. Add breadcrumbs, flour and Organic Louisiana Fried Chicken to shallow dish, add chicken strips to mixture to evenly coat, making sure to press the breadcumbs in to set.
4. Fry each chicken strip for approximately 4-5 minutes (test the first few to make sure the chicken is thoroughly cooked through)
5. Upon removing from oil, top with another pinch of Holy Grail Garlic Salt and place on paper towel to drain excess oil.
6. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
