A classic Italian salad with a smoky twist. Refreshing, delicious and ready in just a few minutes. Layer it on a bed of arugula if you want to make it a main.

What you'll need

  • 1 large ball of fresh buffalo mozzarella
  • 2-3 fresh tomatoes, cut into thin rounds
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1-2 tsp Cold Smoked Sea Salt
  • Extra virgin olive Oil

Preparation

1. Place Buffalo mozzarella on a serving platter.
2. Layer tomatoes and basil around the mozzarella
3. Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle Cold Smoked Sea Salt over the entire plate.
