What you'll need

  • 2 lbs Flank or skirt steak (about 1/2 inch in thickness)
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/3 cup lime juice
  • 4 garlic cloves chopped
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 3 tsp Organic Taco Night
  • Tortillas

Preparation

  1. Combine the olive oil, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, orange juice, lime juice, garlic, chopped cilantro and Organic Taco Night. Whisk to combine. 
  2. Place the meat inside the marinade and mix it in to ensure it is completely covered. Cover tightly and place in the refrigerator until ready to grill, at least one hour.
  3. Heat outdoor grill or stove top to high heat. Place the meat over the hot grill or cast iron. internal temperature should be at 150F degrees, approx.  6 min. per side. 
  4. Once done remove from the heat and let it rest for about 10 minutes. When ready, cut against the grain. 
  5. Heat your Tortillas on the grill on in your cast iron pan & build your taco! Dress with your fav toppings like guacamole, salsa, cheese, sour cream & fresh cilantro
