Oven Baked Potato Chips with Fleur de Sel Rouge

What you'll need
- 4 medium-sized russet or white potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Fleur de Sel Rouge
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Place an oven-safe cooling rack over a large cookie sheet.
- Use a mandolin or sharp knife to slice potatoes into thin rounds, about 1/8” thick.
- Toss the potato slices gently in a bowl with the olive oil. Arrange in a single layer on the baking rack and sprinkle with Fleur de Sel Rouge.
- Bake until crispy, about 20-25 minutes.
