Oven Baked Potato Chips with Fleur de Sel Rouge

What you'll need

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Place an oven-safe cooling rack over a large cookie sheet.
  2. Use a mandolin or sharp knife to slice potatoes into thin rounds, about 1/8” thick. 
  3. Toss the potato slices gently in a bowl with the olive oil. Arrange in a single layer on the baking rack and sprinkle with Fleur de Sel Rouge.
  4. Bake until crispy, about 20-25 minutes.
